Note taking

SWOT is a planning based on strengths, opportunity, and recognizing weaknesses that exist, can take a chance and see obstacles as challenges. SWOT planning has the following step :

a. Setting objective

b. Determine purpose and its relation to the objective

c. Determining supportive and obstacle factors

d. Formulate the activities that must be implemented

In the Process of Making planning for the organization, we can one step ahead from the other because we can get a vision from our plans, whether that plan is in process or not yet to be implemented.

On the general purpose,the benefit of making planning is :

a. Can clearly distinguish each actifity

b. As a measure of success

c. Can make it easier identifying obstacles

d. Can prevent growth and uncontrolled development
